Worth mentioning some cheats which change game code have a separate cheats which are used to restore original game code or simply contradicting name affecting same thing differently. They have to be activated in cheat menu through, right from the cheat name there's a checkbox, when it's ticked it means cheat is activated, when it's empty as on your screenshot, it means it's deactivated.
